Ask us a question

Your flowers

Which flowers preserve well?

Most bridal flowers preserve beautifully: roses, peonies, ranunculus, baby's breath, lisianthus, eucalyptus and most foliage. Very fleshy or watery flowers, like lilies and some orchids, change more as they dry. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your bouquet plans and we'll tell you what to expect.

Will my flowers look the same?

Not exactly, and that's part of the beauty. Dried flowers become softer and quieter in colour, and their textures more delicate. We don't try to recreate your flowers as they were; we create something beautiful from what they become.

What if a flower doesn't dry well?

Some blooms, especially very full or fleshy ones, don't always dry in a condition we're happy to use. We'll tell you, and may leave them out or use a matching dried flower. You'll see it in the photo of your arranged piece, before it's sealed.

What is the shimmer finish?

A delicate shimmer across the petals, just enough to let your flowers catch the light again. It's included, and you can choose to leave it off when you book.

Can I drop my flowers off instead of posting them?

Yes, if you're on the Sunshine Coast. Drop-off is free; get in touch to arrange a time.

How long it takes

How soon after the wedding do my flowers need to reach you?

Within 24 to 48 hours is best. Keep your bouquet in water, then post it at a Post Office counter with the prepaid Express Post label: the next morning after a Monday to Wednesday wedding, or on Monday after a Thursday to Sunday wedding. Our packing card walks you through it.

How long does it take?

Allow 6 to 10 weeks from when your flowers reach us. Drying times vary with the flowers in your bouquet.

Why only four weddings a month?

Each bouquet is dried, arranged and finished by hand. Taking four weddings a month means every piece gets unhurried attention.

Booking & payment

How does payment work?

A 30% deposit (minimum $150) reserves your month. The balance is due once you've approved a photo of your arranged piece, before it's sealed and sent.

When do I pay for add-ons?

Choose them when you book. They're added to your balance, paid once you've approved your arranged piece.

Can I change my date?

Yes. Your deposit can move to a new date once, with at least 30 days' notice. If you cancel more than 60 days before your wedding and we re-book your place, we refund your deposit less $50; otherwise it isn't refunded. See our booking terms.

Do you work outside the Sunshine Coast?

Yes, Australia-wide. We post you a flower return kit before the wedding and send your finished keepsake home by insured courier.

Care & gifts

How do I care for my keepsake?

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from humidity, such as bathrooms and kitchens. UV glass, available as an add-on, helps colours last longer.

Can I give a booking as a gift?

Yes. Book with the couple's wedding date and names, and tell us in the notes that it's a gift.
