Shipping policy

UKA is based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and ships Australia-wide. We don't ship overseas at this time.

When you book with a return kit, we post it about two weeks before your wedding by Express Post. It includes a box with an insert to hold the bouquet upright, tissue, a plastic sleeve and zip tie, a packing card and a prepaid Express Post label for sending your flowers back to us. The kit is included with a Full Bouquet frame.
Please send your flowers within 24 to 48 hours of the wedding, following the packing card, by Express Post from a Post Office counter on a weekday morning. After a Monday to Wednesday wedding, post the next morning. After a Thursday to Sunday wedding, keep the bouquet in water in a cool room (not the fridge) and post on Monday morning, or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday. Please don't use a red box or parcel locker.
On the Sunshine Coast, you're welcome to drop your flowers to us instead, by appointment.

Finished pieces are sent by tracked, insured courier, Australia-wide: $25 for small pieces (keychains, coasters, ring dishes), $45 for frames, and $95 for Full Bouquet frames and display cases. Delivery is added to your balance.
We don't offer pick-up; every finished piece is sent to you.
Allow 6 to 10 weeks from when your flowers reach us for your keepsake to be finished.
Please check your delivery address before your piece is sent. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we'll handle the claim with the carrier and put things right as the law requires.

Dispatched within 3 business days by tracked Australia Post: $25 for mini pieces, $45 for framed pieces.
If anything arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as you can (within 7 days if possible).
