Refund policy

Preservation bookings

  • A 30% deposit, minimum $150, confirms your booking. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
  • Your deposit holds one of the four places in your month, which we then turn away from others. For that reason it isn't refunded if you change your mind or cancel, except as set out under Cancellation below.
  • Your booking can move once, to a new date or to someone else's flowers, with at least 30 days' notice. New dates are subject to availability, and the same terms apply. Just reply to your booking email.
  • If we're unable to complete your booking, we'll refund your deposit in full.

Cancellation

  • If you cancel after paying your deposit, the deposit is kept to cover your reserved place.
  • If you cancel more than 60 days before your wedding and we're able to re-book your place, we'll refund your deposit less $50 to cover our admin. If your kit hasn't been posted yet, we'll refund that too.
  • If you've paid more than the deposit, we'll refund anything that doesn't relate to work already done or materials already used. Once drying, design or framing has begun, payments for that work aren't refunded for a change of mind.
  • If you need to change your date, please tell us as early as you can.

If flowers are lost, delayed or damaged

  • If your flowers are lost in the post, badly delayed or arrive too wilted to press, we'll tell you straight away. You can put your deposit towards a piece made with replacement flowers, or we'll refund it less the cost of your kit. We'll help you make a claim with Australia Post.
  • If your bouquet were lost or badly damaged while in our care, we'd work with you to put it right.

Natural changes

Flowers are natural materials and each one responds differently to drying and pressing. Colours may soften or change, petals may shrink or change shape and texture, delicate petals may fall, leaves may discolour, and small natural imperfections may appear. These changes are part of preservation and aren't defects. Not every flower dries well: some blooms may not survive drying in a condition we're happy to use. We'll let you know, and we may leave them out or replace them with a matching dried flower. You'll always see this in the photo of your arranged piece before it's sealed.

Flower return kit

  • The kit fee covers the box and insert, packing materials and prepaid Express Post label. It's refunded if you cancel before we post the kit. The kit is included with a Full Bouquet frame.

Ready-made pressed-flower art

  • If your piece arrives damaged, contact us with a photo of the piece and its packaging (within 7 days if you can) and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
  • If you change your mind, you can return an unused piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is yours to pay; we'll refund the item price once it's back with us.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something we made isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right as the law requires.
