Sending your flowers

The same card that comes in your flower return kit, with the box and its insert, tissue, a plastic sleeve and zip tie, and a prepaid Express Post label. Keep it on your phone, or print it.

Packing card

On the day

  • Keep your bouquet in fresh water whenever you can, out of direct sun and heat.
  • Ask someone you trust to look after it at the end of the night.

When to post

  • Wedding Monday to WednesdayPost the next morning.
  • Wedding Thursday to SundayKeep the bouquet in water in a cool room, not the fridge, and post on Monday morning. If Monday is a public holiday, post on Tuesday.

Packing

  1. Wrap the stems.Pat the stems dry, wrap them in damp paper towel, slide them into the plastic sleeve and close it with the zip tie.
  2. Stand it in the box.Stand the bouquet upright in the insert, with tissue around the flower heads so they can't move.
  3. Add your card.With your names and wedding date.
  4. Post it at a Post Office counter.Seal the box, attach the prepaid Express Post label and hand it over the counter on a weekday morning. Please don't use a red box or parcel locker.
  5. Send us the tracking number.Email it to hello@ukaflower.com.au and we'll watch for your flowers.

Please don't

  • Refrigerate or freeze your flowers.
  • Spray them with water or any product.
